These terms cover use of this website, operated by Wooden Bird Productions, LLC, and digital score purchases made through it.

Using the site
Please use this site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, access non-public systems, scrape protected downloads, or misuse contact and checkout forms.
Digital purchases
Digital scores are delivered through secure download links after payment confirmation. A download link remains active for 30 days from purchase and allows up to 5 downloads; if you need access after that, contact us with your order details and we will help. Purchased PDF scores include a watermark identifying your order. Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the score for study, rehearsal, and performance preparation unless a separate written license says otherwise.
Refunds
Because scores are delivered immediately as digital downloads, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order or a file, contact info@odedlevari.com and we will work to make it right.
Copyright and redistribution
Scores, recordings, text, images, and other materials on this site are protected by copyright. Purchased files are watermarked and licensed to you alone; they may not be resold, reposted, shared publicly, or redistributed without written permission.
Purchases through other retailers
Some scores link out to third-party retailers and marketplaces. Purchases made on those sites are governed by the seller's own terms and policies, not these terms.
Availability and support
If a download link or order confirmation does not work, contact info@odedlevari.com with your receipt or order details so it can be resolved.
Disclaimer and liability
This site and its materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wooden Bird Productions, LLC and Oded Lev-Ari are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its digital products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
