Information collected
When you use the contact form, join the mailing list, or make a purchase, this site may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, order details, and payment-related confirmation data. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this site. The site also automatically records limited technical information, such as your IP address, to rate-limit forms and protect against abuse.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to messages, send requested mailing list updates, fulfill digital score purchases, provide download links, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the site.
Service providers
The site relies on a small number of trusted providers that process information only as needed to deliver their services: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email and the mailing list), Netlify (website hosting and secure storage of download counters and pending sign-ups), and Sanity (content management and file hosting). Each provider maintains its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Mailing list sign-ups that are never confirmed are automatically deleted after 7 days, and purchase download links remain valid for a limited time after the order (see the Terms of Service).
Your choices and rights
The mailing list uses double opt-in, so you are only added after confirming by email, and every mailing includes an unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@odedlevari.com.
